 Check For The Ownership Papers:

New property should have title with the construction company. ·        Verify the Actual and Approved plan

·        Bank Approvals

Property Tax is implied by the government and is an annual payment. Check the property tax slips as it makes sure that the property is legalized and the papers relating to the property are in order and valid.
